6RQ by Bestwise Private Limited is a serviced office that creates alternative office space solution for businesses with opportunities to network and collaborate with peers. When Kelvin and Frank Reid was appointed to do the design of their new office, the site condition was constrained by the existing fittings that remained from previous tenant. Thereafter our design team reviewed the objectives of design and value engineering; and developed the existing rooms and spaces according to the defined design concept and intentions. This office space contains flexible sized offices, boardroom, meeting rooms, open spaces with hot desk and breakout area. The meeting rooms and the conference room are interconnected with the reception area. Instead of purchasing available stock images, a long panoramic image of Marina Bay was taken by our own team, edited and print on privacy screens. Using our own lens allows us to better control the angles and lighting that highlight the vibrant landscape of the city and compliment the aesthetic elements at the front of house. Open space hot desks are subtly demarcated by different flooring and ceiling texture to provide bright and conducive ambience for co-working users.
