JO Hambro Capital Management (JOHCM) is an investment boutique regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They are managing £21.7 billion of assets across a range of award-winning equity funds and segregated portfolios, with expertise in UK, US, European, Asia ex Japan, Japanese, Global/International and Emerging Markets Equities.
This project was taking place in a Capita Green which there are specific requirement and regulation to be in Green Building. The floor needed to be from natural material with green label so we had to supply green carpet.
As per the requirement from JO Hambro the office needed to have a natural and healthy mood as well as some Treadmill desk. A treadmill desk is a standing desk designed to be used when you are walking on a treadmill. It allows you to complete office task and use your computer as you are standing on a treadmill.
We also use glass panel with AWS system. The unique of single glazing wall creating the minimalist and clean look that seek the blends in easily. It gives the acoustic performance of a single glazed partition that the nature of glass property can offer.
