Cathay United Bank (CUB), one of the largest commercial banks in Taiwan, with numerous accolades and awards under its belt, provides consumer and corporate banking as well as wealth management services.
Aligning with its business plans, CUB, looks to make a statement with its new office move, just as it aims to aggressively expand in the financial industry.
Situated at the financial hub of Marina Bay Financial Centre, with a naturally beautiful landspace, our design approach was to leverage on this geographical advantage, as a brilliant backdrop to accentuate the front of house. Aligning with CUB’s branding in Singapore, it was a priority to create a sense of professionalism and a touch of class, which impresses upon clients, as well as providing a bright space and smart fittings, for the colleagues to work comfortably and effectively in.
The conference room, adopts technological features, to adjust and prepare the setting up for meeting sessions. It is also a transformable space, merging with the lounge and receiving area, making it ideal to host town hall meetings, client events, formal conferences, and employee activities.
The working area adopts an open office concept, with strategic breakout space, ample seamless storage, with the bright and classy look and feel, resonating throughout the space.
A fast track design & build project, we were appointed after an intense competition alongside established ID firms, and the project was delivered smoothly, with our efficacious project management SOP, with CBRE stringently overseeing the project management process.
